<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helical gear power transmission device with a small-diameter driving helical gear and a large-diameter driven helical gear directly meshing with each other, having extremely simple construction with easy technique for avoiding the degradation of a meshing rate due to the formation of a clearance in a fitting portion between the driven helical gear and a shaft to reduce meshing noises and avoiding the breakage of a toothed portion and the degradation of power transmitting efficiency due to the one-sided abuttment of a meshing portion. <P>SOLUTION: A torsional angle β1 of the driven helical gear is greater than a torsional angle β2 of the driving helical gear. A torsional angle increasing amount Δβ of the torsional angle β1 of the driven helical gear to the torsional angle β2 of the driving helical gear is set to be greater within a fixed range of the clearance as the clearance C gets larger in the fitting portion between the driven helical gear and the shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
