PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION, INK-JET RECORDING HEAD USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an ink-jet head by which the objective ink passage can be accurately formed.

SOLUTION: In the production of an ink-jet head using at least a solid layer (passage-forming structure) which becomes a die-regulating a passage pattern and can be removed by dissolution and a negative resist layer covering the solid layer, the passage forming structure is formed, by bringing an intermolecular crosslinkable positive photosensitive resin composition comprising a polymethacrylate copolymer based resin represented by Formula (1) and a melamine-based condensational crosslinking agent into a breakup reaction of a backbone by irradiation with ionizing radiation.
