<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely bring all electrodes into contact with the scalp matched with the individual difference of the head part of a patient. <P>SOLUTION: The subject brain function detector 1 comprises a flexible cap-like device body 2 to be put on the head part of the patient A and a plurality of electrodes 3 attached to the device body 2 at prescribed intervals and arranged in contact with the scalp B for detecting brain wave signals, and the electrode 3 is provided with an elastic member 4 including an electrolyte at the distal end to be brought into contact with the scalp B and fixed to the device body 2 in the state of being projected to the inner side and outer side of the device body 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
