PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having a function for detecting and restraining the SSO noise with the device mounted. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device having an output circuit for outputting a plurality of output signals DA1-DA4 in parallel, based on clock signals CLK1-CLK4, comprises SSO noise generators 13a-13d for operating output circuits FF1-FF4, 14a-14d to generate SSO noises and a clock control circuit 18 for adjusting the phases of the clock signals CLK1-CLK4 to restrain the SSO noise after detecting the SSO noise.
