PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a product cost inexpensive when the product is purchased and to make security excellent when the product is used. SOLUTION: A radio adapter 17 is provided attachably and detachably to/from a main body 11, and the thickness t of an outer shell 19 made of insulating material of a part of the radio adapter 17 which is at least touched by people and has a conductive part 22 inside is≥2 [mm] while the radio adapter 17 is attached to the main body 11.
