PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound quality improving structure of acoustic equipment that improves sound quality of various acoustic equipment by suppressing a secondary sound. SOLUTION: The sound quality improving structure of the acoustic equipment has a secondary sound suppressing sheet 3 stuck on, for example, a door panel. The secondary sound suppressing sheet 3 is formed by laminating a vibration damping sheet 7 made of an organic macromolecular material with a≥2.5 peak value of a loss tangent (Tanδ) and a restraint member 8 with a≥1 GPa of modulus of elasticity.
