PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water dispersion type acrylic thickener for fixing the terminals of electronic components, capable of forming an adhesive layer having good solvent resistance. SOLUTION: The water dispersion type acrylic thickener for fixing the terminals of electronic components comprises a polymer emulsion and a water-soluble crosslinking agent, wherein the polymer emulsion is obtained by emulsion polymerization of monomers composed mainly of an alkyl (meth)acrylate of a 4-12C alkyl in the presence of an emulsifier.
