PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle having an air-conditioning unit blow-out structure with reduced duct loss. SOLUTION: This vehicle has an air-conditioning blow-out structure blowing conditioned air from the air-conditioning device to a duct to blow the conditioned air blown from a blower in an air-conditioner 50 into a vehicle via the duct. The air-conditioner 50 is arranged in a manner that an eccentric flow direction of the conditioned air blown from the blower is directed to a forward and backward direction of a vehicle body. The duct blows the conditioned air from the air-conditioner 50 into the vehicle via under-floor conditioned air ducts 31, 32 in a vehicle width direction, and conditioned air ducts 21, 22 located on right and left sides of the vehicle body and extending in a longitudinal direction. This railway vehicle has an air-conditioning unit blow-out structure branched and formed in a manner that the under-floor conditioning air ducts 31, 32 are connected with the right and left conditioned air ducts 21, 22 from a blow-in port 40 as one unit.
