SOLUTION: This conductive material is formed of microtubes made of polypyrroles which are processed by a processing method of microtubes made of polypyrroles for applying current to the microtubes made of polypyrroles in which each microtube has a wall thickness of 0.1 to 10<SP>4</SP>μm, a length of 10 to 10<SP>6</SP>μm and a diameter of 1 to 10<SP>5</SP>μm and which have conductivity not less than 50Ω<SP>-1</SP>cm<SP>-1</SP>in the direction of the major axis of each microtube to emit incandescent light or for directly heating them with fire.
