PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten relatively the constitution of a device while coping with many variations with respect to streams to be treated. SOLUTION: A recordable and reproducible optical disk has a management region and a data region, in this data region, data of a digital stream signal is divided into one or more objects and recorded. Also, the management region is constituted so as to record prescribed management information (HDVR_MG). The management information has object management information and reproduction order management information (EX_ORG_PGCI/EX_UD_PGCI) in it. In this constitution, the management region is constituted so as to have marker (entry point) information (EPIT arranged at the end of the management information arrangement in HDVR_MG) independently of the reproduction order management information.
