PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform inner peripheral surface working for a glass disk with very high accuracy. SOLUTION: This glass disk inner peripheral polishing device 1 for polishing the inner peripheral surface 9a of the glass disk 9 includes: a work setting part 2; a polishing brush 3 with a shaft; a brush rotary driving part 4 for rotating the polishing brush 3 with the shaft; a brush laminating direction driving part 5 for moving the polishing brush 3 with the shaft in the laminating direction to freely enter and leave the central hole of a laminated glass disk 90 and reciprocating the same in the laminating direction; and a brush lower end support part 6 rotatably supporting the shaft lower end part 3a of the polishing brush 3 with the shaft and integrated with the shaft lower end part 3a to be operated as a plumb body 60A, wherein the polishing brush 3 with the shaft is inserted in the central hole of the laminated glass disk 90, and with downward load applied to the shaft 30, the brush is rotated and reciprocated to polish the inner peripheral surface.
