PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sandwich panel capable of promoting its use by expanding a width of use, by easily joining various members such as a structural material and a luminaire to the sandwich panel. SOLUTION: This sandwich panel 1 is formed by filling a core material 3 between a pair of opposed metallic skins 2. An engaging groove 4 is recessed on a surface of at least one metallic skin 2. A wide part 4b having a width wider than an opening part 4a is formed in the depth of the engaging groove 4. A head part 5a of a bolt 5 is slidingly locked in the groove length direction on the wide part 4b of the engaging groove 4.
