PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-operated blind control device for suitably controlling the opening/closing degree of blinds by accurately determining a weather. SOLUTION: The electrically-operated blind control device comprises two sunlight sensors 12 arranged toward different orientations, an automatic control means 38 for acquiring illuminance values in the orientations from the sunlight sensors 12 and outputting control signals to the electrically-operated blinds in accordance with the acquired illuminance values, and a non-fine weather determining means 40 using the illuminance values in the different orientations or function values obtained by the illuminance values in two or more different orientations for determining whether the difference between illuminance values in the different orientations is small or not. The automatic control means 38 outputs the control signals to increase the openings of the electrically-operated blinds when the non-fine weather determining means 40 determines that the difference between the illuminance values is small.
