<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin support recovering method for recovering a support, which can be recycled as the raw material of the support of a recording material, from the recording material, wherein a coating film is formed on the support using a natural polymeric binder and a synthetic polymeric binder, with good productivity and profitability. <P>SOLUTION: The sheetlike recording material, wherein at least one coating film is provided on the polyester resin support, is cut to form a chip like recording material and the chip like recording material is treated with an alkaline treatment liquid to separate/remove the coating film from the chip like recording material to recover the polyester resin support. In this polyester resin support recovering method, a recovery apparatus having a cutting part for cutting the sheetlike recording material in a laminated state to obtain the chip like recording material, a treatment part for treating the chip like recording material with the alkaline treatment liquid, a first separation treatment part, a second separation treatment part, a neutralization treatment part and a washing and drying part is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
