PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor for motor-operated valve which has reliable sealing structure. SOLUTION: This motor 1 for a motor-operated valve accommodates its main body and the motor-operated valve. The periphery of the motor 1 is sealed with a sealing agent 2. This motor 1 has a positioning projection for positioning itself and a motor rest for supporting itself. It is housed in a container 3 made of PBT which has a lead wire leading part that has a sealing agent injection groove.
