PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of achieving downsizing by reducing a temperature gradient in a coil. SOLUTION: The coil 20 wound around with a coil strand 21 at a stator core 10 is characterized by using a small thin wire 21a at the cross section of the coil strand 21 at a region where heat is easy to dissipate at a heat dissipation passage from the coil 20, and by using a large thick wire 21c at the cross section of the coil strand 21 at a region where the heat is easy to dissipate at the heat dissipating passage from the coil 20.
