PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new medicinal composition containing pranlukast, increased in dose compliance and capable of miniaturized as the preparation. SOLUTION: The solid preparation contains pranlukast hydrate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and a saccharide. By substituting polyethylene glycol contained in commercial pranlukast preparations with hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, adhesion can be decreased even if the content of the saccharide is decreased, quality of the preparation is stabilized, and miniaturized preparations increased in dose compliance of the patient can be provided.
