PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further effectively utilize powder of a Mekabu (fertile leaf separating from stem of seaweed) which is natural product and safe to human bodies and highly effective, as a raw material for hair shampoo, hair treatment, hair growing agent and cosmetic cream. SOLUTION: The present invention provides hair shampoo, hair treatment, hair growing agent and cosmetic cream in which the Mekabu powder containing high mineral content and high fucoidan content effective to the skin and having high safety, further making the skin smooth and having action for protecting the hair and produced so as to exhibit hair-growing action is each formulated.
