PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having excellent macrophage activity inhibitory effect and useful as an anti-inflammatory agent, anti-autoimmune disease agent, immunosuppressant, prognostic ameliorating agent after coronary artery bypass plasty or antisepticemic agent. SOLUTION: The compound is represented by general formula (1) [ wherein, Q is an oxygen atom, alkylene group, group O-Alk or group O-Alk-O; R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>are each H, a (substituted) alkyl, (substituted) alkenyl, (substituted) alkynyl, (substituted) alkanoyl, (substituted) alkenoyl or (substituted) alkynoyl; R<SP>3</SP>is a (substituted) alkanoyl, (substituted) alkenoyl or (substituted) alkynoyl; and R<SP>5</SP>is H, a halogen atom, OH, a (substituted) alkoxy, (substituted) alkenyloxy or (substituted) alkynyloxy ].
