PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening portion supporter capable of fixing and stabilizing an unstable opening portion of a garbage bag by using a supporting rod and a fastener, which can stably hold and carry the opening portion especially at the time of dust collecting while moving and be compactly stored at the time of out-of-use and continuously used, by improving a conventional opening portion supporter having a circular opening tool supported by a stand tool and the like with which an installing place is fixed and there is a problem in dust collecting during moving. SOLUTION: Two supporting rods are respectively arranged on right and left sides of a center upper part of the garbage bag, and the opening portion of the garbage bag is wound around the supporting rods by about 30 mm to 50 mm. By using a semi-circular fastener, the garbage bag is simply attached/detached to fix the opening portion, thereby stably keeping the opening portion. For an installing place, any specific place is unnecessary, so that the problem is solved. The two supporting rods are united to be a handle, thereby making moving of the garbage bag smooth.
