PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll paper discharging mechanism and a game machine having the same in which a player can easily take a receipt to be discharged by discharging the receipt in a curved manner in a substantially V-shape when discharging the receipt with the result of the game printed thereon. SOLUTION: In a receipt discharging device 37 to discharge a roll paper 61 conveyed from a printing unit 36 to a receipt discharge port 35, a roll paper feed port 99 from which the roll paper 61 discharged therefrom of a roll paper guide passage 76 formed by assembling a lower guide member 74 and an upper guide member 75 is substantially V-shaped by a first inclined surface 84, a second inclined surface 85, a vertical surface 86 and a flat plate part 80 of the lower guide member 74, and a flat plate part 91, a third inclined surface 94, a first flat part 95, and a fourth inclined surface 96 of the upper guide member 75.
