PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity by preventing an electronic component mounter from stopping due to overload of a drive motor or abnormal occurrence of regenerative overload.
SOLUTION: When production operation of printed board is started and each motor 9, 30 is driven, drive circuit 28, 29 thereof constantly calculates the regenerative load factor, i.e. a value when the regenerative power being processed by each motor 9, 30 is 100%. A CPU 33 reads out the regenerative load factor of the motor 9, 30 by serial communication and judges whether that regenerative load factor is equal to or lower than a reference level, i.e. a predetermined percentage (lower than the regenerative load factor for abnormal overload) or not. The CPU 33 controls the drive circuit 28, 29 of each motor 9, 30 to perform long time acceleration operation, and when the regenerative load factor exceeds the predetermined percentage before occurrence of abnormal regenerative load during long time deceleration operation, the CPU 33 lowers the motor speed down to a predetermined maximum speed by decreasing the motor speed as compared with the maximum speed when the predetermined percentage is not exceeded.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
