PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material which is inexpensive and improves a solar reflectivity in the case of color matching into a color except white. SOLUTION: In the coating material essentially consisting of a non-white pigment and a white pigment, rutile titanium oxide of a mean particle diameter of 0.5 to 1.4μm is used as the white pigment.
