PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an occupant to easily ride on and off a seat. SOLUTION: A side door opening 2 formed on a vehicle side is opened or closed by a slide door 2 sliding in a forward and backward direction. A seat 10, on which an occupant sits on and off through the side door opening 3 is slidable in a vehicle width direction. Under such a condition that the a slide door 2 is opened, the seat 10 is significantly slide outward in the vehicle width direction, so as to realize an out-vehicle projecting position, where one part of the seat 10 projects outside the vehicle through the side door opening 3.
