The lifter has a base frame with three arms, where two arms are foldable. A stroke movement is realized over a rod (5) of the lifter. A parallel guided rotating mechanism (7) is attached at an upper end of the rod. The mechanism is movable in the folded condition of the frame. A set of handles are provided at the rod and rolls (4) are provided at the frame. The arms are rotated by hand.
