PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication evaluation without trouble by adjusting a difference of communication protocol in a transmission system with communication evaluation function. SOLUTION: A communication evaluation unit 3 for carrying out communication evaluation for transmission units 1a, 1b is integrated in transmission systems A1, A2. Transceivers 31, 33, 35 with different communication protocols are mounted on the communication evaluation unit 3. The transceivers 31, 33, 35 are switched in order of low output voltages to communication with the transmission units 1a, 1b. If the communication is established, the communication protocol of the transceiver 31, 33 or 35 is determined as the one, which is set at the transmission units 1a, 1b and the communication evaluation is carried out.
