发明名称 Percolateur à tiroirs
摘要 451,476. Coffee-percolators. VIDAL, J. M., Rue Henri Germain, Le Cannet, Alpes Maritimes, France. Dec. 12, 1935, No. 34455. Convention date, Jan. 2. [Class 129] A percolator has a separate boiler supplying hot water to one or a series of infusion chambers in which the coffee grounds are contained in drawers for ease of removal and replacement. The hot water is supplied by a pipe to a chamber 3 fitted with a thermometer 6 and a level indicator 5. The water is allowed to trickle from this chamber by a turn-cock 7 and rose 8, into a chamber with an inclined bottom 13 supporting a perforated drawer 10 which is filled with ground coffee. This may complete the infusion. Alternatively, the infusion may drip on to the inclined floor 13 of a second chamber with a second perforated drawer 10 filled with ground coffee. The infusion may drip through several such chambers and finally into a container 20 with a level indicator 21. The infusion is then passed into a delivery vessel 22 provided with an external cock, a level indicator, and kept hot by a water jacket 24. Partly exhausted coffee grounds may be used in some or all of the drawers.
