PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high reliability mounting or earth connection by providing holes filled with a lamination material at portions not overlapped with solar cell elements on a reinforcing material. SOLUTION: The solar cell module 101 has an insulation film 103, back resin 104, solar cell element 105, filmy inorganic compound 111, transparent resin 106, transparent film 107, etc., on a reinforcing material 102. On the portion at the edge of the solar cell module 101 not overlapping the solar cell element 105, holes 108 filled with a lamination material 109 such as the back resin 104, transparent sesin 106, etc., are provided on the back side reinforcing material 102. Smaller through-holes than the holes 108 are preferably bored through the lamination material in the holes 108. In the case of a short distance between the solar cell element 105 and the hole 108, the through-holes 112 are preferably not overlapped with the insulation film 103 and filmy inorganic compound 111. |
