<p>A mixer oscillator stage, which can be used both with a switched 2-band concept and a 3-band concept without changing the architecture of the oscillators which exceeds the number of mixers and by coupling the mixer(s) and oscillators via a switching circuit so as to switch between the different oscillators in dependence upon the part of the band converging the signal.</p>
