FIELD: equipment for building material manufacturing, particularly for concrete mass cutting. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for concrete mass cutting into concrete blocks involves using cutting means, namely hot gas jet, to provide quick block walls hardening and to prevent mutual block adhesion. The gas jet is supplied through nozzle tip installed at 75° to concrete mass in cut cavity forming direction. ^ EFFECT: increased speed and simplicity of concrete mass cutting, possibility to obtain concrete blocks having different configuration. ^ 1 dwg |
