FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting the composition of non-disintegrated (in vivo) urinary calculi. According to density value H determined due to the method of spiral roentgen computed tomography one should establish potential composition of single-phase or mixed urinary calculi. Then it is important to calculate the calculus' density value rho (g/cu. cm) by the following formula: rho=1.539+0.000485H, where H - the density determined due to the method of spiral roentgen computed tomography (rel. U) to be compared with known density values for separate components of urinary calculi.
