The composition for treatment of diseases of mouth and nose cavity comprises an active substance involving chlorobutanol hydrate, essential oils, camphor and menthol taken in the equal ratios, and also gum-tree essential oil, ethyl alcohol as a solvent, Tween-80 as a carrier and glycerol and water additionally wherein components are taken in the definite quantitative ratio.
