PURPOSE: A method of making a food product of many colors using Opuntia ficus extract, brown algae extract, green tea extract, egg yolk, whole buckwheat flour or wheat flour is provided. The food product has many colors and an enhanced taste and flavor, as well as rich nutrients. CONSTITUTION: About 40 to 60% by weight of wheat flour is mixed with 10 to 25% by weight of coloring material having seven colors, 20 to 30% by weight of water and 5 to 15% by weight of salt and then kneaded. At least two kinds of the dough having different colors are mixed together and formed into the predetermined shape. The coloring material is Opuntia ficus extract, brown algae extract, green tea extract, egg yolk and whole buckwheat flour. |
