FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbines. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed cooled blade of turbine contains central spaces and slot spaces passing in blade walls and connected with central spaces. Slot spaces are made of variable width in height of blade and are divided by partitions inclined to blade axis into channels connected in series with each other. Some channels are provided with coolant inlet holes which communicate with central spaces and other channels are provided with coolant outlet holes opening on outer surface of blade. Partitions are made of thickness variable in length of partition, and holes are made in partitions to connect adjacent channels of blade. Heat exchange intensifiers are made in channels of blade. Said intensifiers are made in form of semiribs, cavities, pins or spherical segments. ^ EFFECT: increased intensification of cooling, provision of conditions for optimization of guard cooling. ^ 4 cl, 6 dwg |
