PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency oscillator in simple structure which has a superior Q value and C/N characteristics and further has superior load characteristics. SOLUTION: The high-frequency oscillator is equipped with a resonance circuit 10 and a feedback amplifier circuit 1 which is connected to the resonance circuit 10 and also connected to an output terminal OUT. The feedback amplifier circuit 1 is equipped with a transistor Tr1 which has its base connected to the resonance circuit 10, its collector connected to a driving power supply terminal Vb through an inductor L11 and also grounded through a capacitor C2 to be grounded in terms of high frequency, and its emitter grounded through a series circuit of an emitter resistance R1 and an inductor L1 and a capacitor C1 while a feedback capacitor C3 is connected between the base and emitter.
