PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt tightening structure capable of reducing noise by uniformizing distribution of joint face pressure around a hole for a female screw part of a joined member on one side having the female screw part and increasing structural damping action on a joint face when screw-fitting a bolt in the female screw part of the joined member on one side to join a plurality of joined members. SOLUTION: In this bolt tightening structures 1A, 1B, 1C for tightening the plurality of joined members 10, 20 using the bolt 30, recessed parts 13, 23 are formed in a part through which the bolt 30 is inserted on at least joint faces 12, 22 on one side of a first joined member 10 having the female screw part 11 threadedly fitted with the bolt 30 and a second joined member 20 in contact with the first joined member 10.
