<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice grain coating apparatus capable of properly coating a coating material solution on the surface of rice grains in a condition of lessening unevenness of a coating condition even in the case where the percentage of the quantity supplied of the coating material solution to the quantity of rice grains is small. <P>SOLUTION: This rice grain coating apparatus has a stirring and conveying means 55 conveying rice grains received in the inside of a stirring chamber-forming member 52 from a rice grain receiving port and discharging from a rice grain discharge port, and a coating material solution supply means supplying the coating material solution for rice grain coating through a coating material solution supply port 60. The coating material solution jetted from a coating material solution jetting part F is mixed with air jetted from an air jetting part E and atomized, and the atomized coating material solution is supplied to rice grains conveyed in the inside of the stirring chamber-forming member 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
