<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a syndicate loan cannot be easily composed, whereas when a financial institute performs a large-scale loan, it is very difficult for one financial institute to take on risks involved by the large scale loan, and a method for performing the loan by constituting the syndicate loan by a plurality of financial institutes has been extensively used. <P>SOLUTION: A system enabling a recruitment further efficient for composing syndicate loans is constructed by simplifying a participant financial institution recruiting business that occurs when an arranger side recruits participant financial institutes. In this case, a syndicate loan participation condition is preliminarily registered by each financial institute, and when a case of composing a syndicate loan is generated, the arranger side inputs the condition for composing this syndicate loan, and highly probable financial institutes which will take part in the syndicate loan are extracted based on the preliminarily registered participation condition of each financial institute, whereby the reaction to the recruitment (participation of financial institutes) is promoted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
