<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit composition having a function pattern layer capable of satisfying demand of miniaturization and improving the mass production property and reliability, its manufacturing method, and a functional card equipped with the circuit composition. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna circuit composition is a circuit composition comprising a resin film basic material 20, and an antenna circuit pattern layer 100 that is formed on the resin film basic material 20 and includes a metal foil of which part is etched so as to have a predetermined function according to a pattern of a resist ink layer formed by gravure printing. In a place for holding an IC chip, the antenna circuit pattern layer 100 has pattern layer slit edges 106 and 107 separated with an interval of 200 μm or shorter, and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the interval between the pattern layer slit edges 106 and 107 is 40 μm or shorter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
