PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device for a steering device surely preventing intrusion of muddy water into a gear box and a cabin. SOLUTION: The sealing device 3 is provided on the gear box 1 while covering a pinion shaft 4 and an opening 6 of a dash panel 5. The sealing device 3 is provided with a cylindrical body 7 provided so as to be laid from the gear box 1 to an outer surface of the dash panel 5 at an opening area; a first packing 8 water-tightly provided on an outer peripheral area of the gear box 1; and a second packing 9 water-tightly provided between an upper end of a body 7 and the outer surface of the dash panel 5.
