PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device capable of stably holding an armature by an electromagnetic member. SOLUTION: A driving member (2) is shifted from a first state where the driving member (2) is held by the holding mechanism (9) to a second state where the driving member whose holding by the holding mechanism is released is held by the armature (3) held by the electromagnetic force of the electromagnetic members (6 and 7), and the driving member abuts only on the part on the predetermined shaft (1b) side of a shock absorbing member arranged between the armature and the driving member in the second state.
