PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket fixing structure using a minimum number of machine screws to achieve great fixing force and stable joint between both brackets without causing electrical accidents in direct linkage with the looseness of the machine screws and possibly causing breakage accidents with great force on each bracket during fixing work. SOLUTION: The bracket fixing structure comprises a panel side bracket 2 having a temporary fixing hook portion 5 and a first connector portion 6 and a visor side bracket 3 having a second connector portion 11 and a hook portion 12. The panel side bracket 2 is temporarily fixed to the position of a mounting hole 21a of a trim 21 with the temporary fixing hook portion 5, the second connector portion 11 and the hook portion 12 of the visor side bracket 3 are inserted into mounting holes 20a, 21a to put the first and second connector portions 6, 11 together, the panel side bracket 2 and the visor side bracket 3 put together via the connector portions are slid along the face of a panel 20, the hook portion 12 is locked to the peripheral edge of the mounting hole 20a of the panel 20, and the visor side bracket 3 is fixed to the panel 20 with one machine screw 52.
