<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the seamless exchange, and easy and sure storage of various documents between a plurality of knowledge management servers differed in specification and connected to a knowledge management system. <P>SOLUTION: This knowledge management system 10 comprises a terminal A 181, a knowledge management server 12, an intermediate server 31, a surrogate processing server 19, and a user information server 13, which are mutually connected through a communication line. This system comprises: a determination means for determining whether desired data are matched to a predetermined adaptation factor on a requester side or provider side of data between computer devices corresponding to the requester side and provider side; a conversion means for converting the desired data to data matched to the predetermined adaptation factor on the requester side or provider side; a system factor determination means/system conversion means for determining the difference when the requester side of data to the provider side is 1 to multiple, and properly converting it; and a means for extracting a program for converting non-conversion data which cannot be processed by automatic conversion by the terminal operation by a user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
