PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a yield by shortening a manufacturing time of a set of slips, from which a slip body having a concealing label stuck in the state of including at least confidential information can be freely extracted, in terms of a manufacturing apparatus for the set of slips, used for manufacturing the set of slips from which the plurality of slip bodies are sequentially extracted, and the set of slips manufactured by the apparatus. SOLUTION: The concealing label is stuck on the confidential information of a prescribed area among a plurality of areas, determined on continuous paper 12, by a label sticking means 15; an area in each width direction is divided in the carrying direction by a slitter 16A; these divided parts are overlap-bonded together by an overlap-bonding means 18, so as to serve as a single continuous part; and a predetermined numbers of sets of slip bodies, wherein an area in the carrying direction is divided in the width direction by a cutting separation means 19, are overlap-bonded together by an overlap-bonding means 21, so as to serve as a single set of slip bodies, and inserted between a film 25 and release paper 24, so as to be turned into a single set of slips 30 by a cutting means 29.
