PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a debugging image input/output device and a debugging device by which the setting of an interface specification and the processing of an image can be inexpensively and efficiently performed at the time of inputting/outputting image data from a debugged device to a debugging device. SOLUTION: The debugging device 1 prepares a VIDEO I/F 5 of interface specifications corresponding to various video interfaces to be used for the debugged device 20, acquires an interface specification for the connected debugged device 20 by an ID I/F 6, sets the interface specification of the VIDEO I/F 5 to the interface specification acquired by the ID I/F 6, and inputs/outputs test data to determine the interface specification of the VIDEO I/F 5. Thereby the interface specification of the VIDEO I/F 5 can be suitably set by automatically adjusting the interface specification to the interface specification of the debugged device 20.
