PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positively chargeable control resin enabling an electrophotographic functional part contacting with a toner to be charged to the polarity opposite to a toner polarity, and having excellent dispersibility/compatibility with a main binder. SOLUTION: The positively chargeable control resin comprises a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a (meth)acrylic ester monomer represented by formula (1) and an amino group-containing monomer represented by formula (2) as copolymerization components. (In the formulas, R<SP>1</SP>is a≥4C alkyl group; R<SP>2</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R<SP>3</SP>is a 1-7C divalent organic group; R<SP>4</SP>and R<SP>5</SP>are each a hydrogen atom, a 1-20C organic group, a 4-20C cyclic structure obtained by chemically bonding R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>, or a 4-19C cyclic structure obtained by chemically bonding R<SP>4</SP>and R<SP>5</SP>and containing at least one kind of a nitrogen atom, an oxygen atom and a sulfur atom).
