PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer composition excellent in storage stability and in adhesiveness to various adherends, excellent in ability to joint a modified silicone-based sealing material, and retarded from whitening when exposed to water for a long time under rigorous conditions. SOLUTION: The primer composition contains (a) a polyisocyanate, (b) an alkoxysilane condensate containing trialkoxysilane, (c) one or more silane compounds selected from the group consisting of aminosilane compounds and ketimine silane compounds, and (d) a film-forming resin.
