<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete means for collecting respective split parts even if one sheet of image is divided and each split part undergoes image processing separately and displaying the collected parts as one sheet of image on a display, and to prevent the image from being distorted at the boundary of split parts. <P>SOLUTION: One original image is divided on a screen into a plurality of split images a-d which are inputted to a frame buffer 13a. Each split image a-d undergoes image processing, e.g. resolution conversion, at an image processing section 14a using the information of pixels around a remarked pixel in order to process the remarked pixel becoming the processing object.
