PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating dehydration system designed to optimize the time necessary for obtaining a reformed fuel by reforming waste vegetable oil, and, particularly, enabling automation by making the time necessary for the dehydration step proper. SOLUTION: The system works as follows: When waste vegetable oil is rich in water, the pressure in a vessel 11 descends and then rises once, giving a high level; however, when a dehydration proceeds and the water content of the oil becomes lower, the pressure in the vessel 11 descends, giving a low level, and this pressure level is monitored by a pressure gauge 17 and the termination of dehydration is judged by a control section 22.
