PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent with less harmful environmental effect in consideration for environment. SOLUTION: The production process is composed of electrolysis of an aqueous potassium salt solution followed by addition of an antiseptic and antifungal agent mainly composed of undecylenoxypolyethylene glycol monoether and/or undecenol, and an abrasive agent with four or less Mohs hardness and a thickening agent without harmful environmental effect.
